Frugalp has a human development team ready to generate the best work environment. Under the direction of the Human Resources director works, an occupational doctor, a nurse, a social worker, an occupational health and safety technician and 2 Human Resources assistants.
Frugalp maintains a constant training plan for the administrative, operational and commercial staff in matters related to our certifications

Environment

The reforestation plan of the company contemplates the planting of more than 30 hectares per year with forest species that allow environmental preservation.
The company maintains more than 160 Ha. as preserved areas, areas with environmental risk such as estuaries, slopes and streams. There is a plan with resources available for the conservation of these areas.

Community

Frugalp supports the Shino Pi Bolón community ecotourism and cultura preservation project. The project managed by the Tsachila community aims to offer the local and international community a space of contact with nature and the Tsachila culture.
The route of the pineapple, another community project aims to promote responsible tourism and open the doors of the company so that the public can learn from the responsible and sustained production process of the Frugalp pineapple.
